Angela Mills was helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding me a house that worked for me. Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for in a home and Angela was patient in showing me all my options. She always had comparables on the property I looked at and would point out any potential problems she saw (e.g. previous water damage in the ceiling or a crack in the foundation, or mold in the basement). She was very willing to accommodate my work schedule and to look at places at the pace I wanted. Angela Mills was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly look her up on my next property purchase.

I felt no pressure at all to settle on something less than exactly what I wanted, and tempered my excitement with showings that would have required me to compromise on my needs. Anywhere there were deficiencies that I didn't notice, she was sure to bring them to my attention. She also accommodated my aggressive negotiation strategy which resulted in getting a very good deal on a property that offered everything I was looking for, given a bit of fixing up.
