We very recently (October 2024) listed and sold a house in North York. For personal reasons, we did not wish to erect a sign on the lawn, nor have any open houses. All advertising was to be via the internet only, and we wished to have an offer received in three weeks if at all possible. Angel and Candice were able to comply with our requests, and we received an acceptable offer in just over three weeks. We were very pleased with the communication between all parties, and the ability of Angel to work with our non-standard requirements. At the end of the day, the house closed very quickly in our time frame. We were very happy with the experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Angel and her team
