I was referred to Andrew by a family realtor in another province and I am so grateful for that. Andrew and his team were so kind, understanding and helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly, when offers came in he was happy to take the time to discuss our options and made sure we were comfortable in the final decision. When it came time to scheduling an inspection he helped by doing that for me. He has a stager on his team to help get the house looking picture perfect and give you tips on things to do to help when showings start. It was a great experience working with Andrew and the rest of his team.

With her guidance and encouragement, we felt confident that potential buyers were seeing our house at it's best. Tara then took the photos that made our listing stand out, as well as coordinating everything, ensuring that the entire process ran smootly. Finally Andrew, in numerous discussions—in person and via phone call & text—patiently explained our options, always leaving final decisions to us. Andrew and his team (shout-out to Tara Collins and Carol Boyd) were amazing! From start to finish, my husband and I were treated in a very professional manner. We had an offer on our house within two days of listing, and the deal was completed a week later. The presentation of the house in the real estate ad—description and pictures—was thorough, accurate, and polished. Stager Carol Boyd helped us to prepare the house for a quick sale. (Although it costs a bit more, I would highly recommend engaging a stager for the sale of your house—we found there was significant value in having an outside perspective and help with decluttering and decoration). Andrew and Tara were available to us throughout the process, and Andrew assisted us with the purchase of our new home within a few weeks of the final sale. He also has helped with minor issues after the purchase of our new home. We highly recommend Andrew and his team.
