It was a wonderful experience with Andrew. My house was listed on July 27th and an offer was signed on August 1st with the closing date of September 20, 2024. I have already recommended Andrew to a couple of people I know who are thinking about selling their home or a family home.

I signed with Andrew King to sell the house and within two weeks of listing, I received eight offers and sold it at a good price. He was punctual, informed of the difficulties, and assisted in handling difficult moving items. I'm sure I'll contact him the next time if I buy or sell a house again. I recommend to other people.
