Andrew helped my mother buy a new condo and sell the home she had lived in for 35 years. We could not have gotten through this process without Andrew. He took his time to make sure my mother understood each step of the process, he was kind and considerate and understanding that this was not only an emotional move for her, but overwhelming at times. Andrew went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable each step of the process and manage the information flow to her so as not to overwhelm her with too much information or too many decisions at a time. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the condo he showed her and also made sure to understand the factors that made her home stand out so he could sell her home quickly. As an acting Power Of Attorney (POA) for the sale of my mother's house and not living in the area, I was concerned about the whole situation in terms of communications and the handling of paperwork along the way. Of course Covid just added to the issues of selling a property. What I found was that Andrew and his team made the entire process flow smoothly and with the best possible result based on the offers we had presented to us. I always felt we were on the same page regarding the desire outcome and that tings were handled in a manner that ensured a successful sale with the best possible result for us. The organization behind him was always very much involved as well. I know very little to nothing about the real estate market , the comings and goings and made that plainly clear to Andrew the first time we met. Throughout the sale of my Mothers house he kept me up to date. Gathered the staff to help by purchasing furniture that had nowhere else to go. Gave helpful and timely suggestions on what to watch for, when to stand back, what services were available and when to be involved in signing documents.
