As an acting Power Of Attorney (POA) for the sale of my mother's house and not living in the area, I was concerned about the whole situation in terms of communications and the handling of paperwork along the way. Of course Covid just added to the issues of selling a property. What I found was that Andrew and his team made the entire process flow smoothly and with the best possible result based on the offers we had presented to us. I always felt we were on the same page regarding the desire outcome and that tings were handled in a manner that ensured a successful sale with the best possible result for us. The organization behind him was always very much involved as well. I had recently had a very poor realty experience with my own house so my dealings with Andrew and his team were that much more appreciated. Well done Andrew!

I know very little to nothing about the real estate market , the comings and goings and made that plainly clear to Andrew the first time we met. Throughout the sale of my Mothers house he kept me up to date. Gathered the staff to help by purchasing furniture that had nowhere else to go. Gave helpful and timely suggestions on what to watch for, when to stand back, what services were available and when to be involved in signing documents. Andrew and the DeCourcey team were recommended to me and I am so glad they were. They were with me every step of the way with a professionalism one would expect. Can't say enough about this successful sale.
