The Hasman’s sold my home in Dunbar nine years ago and I was so pleased that they were available to sell my condo for me this month. They are professional, thorough, proactive, savvy and very pleasant to work with. They did not insist that the condo be staged but very thoroughly led me through a process of simplifying and decluttering to make it sale ready. They draw on a team of handymen, cleaners , draftsmen and photographers to make the presentation of the unit as attractive as possible in advertising and in personal viewing. Nothing is left to chance in that, though an offer has been accepted, they keep showing and getting back up offers until the down payment is deposited, which of course means more work for them. They patiently found answers for all the prospective buyer’s concerns. They worked hard and successfully to sell my home. I appreciate that very much and recommend them highly.

Andrew was an excellent agent! Very knowledgeable about the market, about trends unique to the area I was buying, and had excellent communication. Would definitely go through him again and would recommend him to anybody looking for a real estate agent.
