For the houses we visited he noted both good and bad things, what was giving good value to the house, what the house might need for future repairs, etc. He was not pushy and gave us time to make our decisions. Andres provided lots of help explaining us different characteristics of how houses are built in the area, what things adjust well considering our lifestyle, and what neighbourhoods integrate the spaces and environments we were looking for. He gave advice on how to manage the offer but always respecting our opinions. When we found our perfect match house, but there was something we wanted to improve, he gave great advice on how to fix, some budget idea, and he even was able to give some contractor's references.
