Amy was a fantastic realtor to work with. She was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the process in an easy to understand manner. She is very approachable, very passionate and will help guide you to reach your revision. Amy was very honest and extremely compassionate during the entire process regarding the sale of our father’s property.. Whether you are a first time home buyer, selling property for a family member, looking to move to a bigger home or downsize, I would highly recommend using Amy Hayes from Street City Realty.

We are from London Ontario and we were looking for an again to purchase a rental property from Sarnia. Amy Hayes did not hesitate to help us to find the right property that we were looking for. She was more then happy to help us every time we wanted to go and see one or 4 properties on the same day. Amy is super friendly and helpful. We would recommend her to our friends and family without a doubt.

A friend recommended Amy to me and I'm glad she did. I would recommend Amy to anyone. I had the added complexity of living out of town, but Amy made it easy. It is only because of Amy's advice that I beat out 5 other offers.

Right from the get go, Amy gave me solid, proven advice. She had reports to back up her opinion and knowledge from her contacts. She's very knowledgeable and when she doesn't know she doesn't make answers up. She does her research and finds answers. She's quick to respond and she stays in touch. One thing that I really appreciate is that I always knew Amy wasn't telling me something just because I wanted to hear it or because she was looking to make a sale. She has integrity and a great work ethic.

I waited to write my review until almost closing as Amy kept impressing me and I didn't want to leave anything out. From first contact to a few days before close, I haven't had a moment when I felt let down. Late in the game, I asked Amy if she could ask the sellers a tough question and she did. I know it was a slightly awkward question but I know Amy posed the question with tact and professionalism. It seems she always goes to bat for her clients.
