Amit took the time to gather detailed information about the easement and even walked the property with us through snow and wet ground so we could clearly understand where the creek runs along the back of the property. We first met Amit when he helped my daughter find her new home. As a first time homebuyer, he made her feel comfortable and respected her. When we wanted to sell our home a few months later, so we called Amit and he recommended to sell our house in January. With deep snow and cold weather, we had our doubts but we went ahead and listed it. It sold on the FIRST day! Amit was amazing as he made all the paperwork seem easy with selling our home and working with our realtor in the Okanagan. I would recommend Amit for buying or selling a home.
