Amanda has been a blessing in our home hunt! Attributes: Patient, polite, efficiency, accommodative, knowledgeable, INCREDIBLE NEGOTIATOR. My entire family loved her sincerity. She isn't pushy at all, which is the most commendable trait. She made us all feel very comfortable to discuss anything at all. She always has a smile and is very efficient in all aspects. She was well versed with the properties and the area and discussed pros and cons without any bias. She answered all our questions and for the rare ones that she didn't know, she got back to us with the replies in a timely manner after doing her research. She worked with us through our demanding schedules. She still follows up with our questions and addresses them appropriately. She is in toto the perfect Realtor, we could have asked for, who goes above and beyond her responsibilities.

Amanda was energetic, efficient, and focused. She encourage me to move forward but she was not pushy. Amanda was very supportive when preparing the house for sale and was able to mobilize appropriate resources. Amanda was responsive to my questions when showings were being booked.
