I found Amanda on Rate-my-agent.com, I was trying to find a realtor to buy a townhouse in the Okanagan. Some of the things that stood out to me on her reviews were words and phrases like objective, keeps you focused on your goals, creates competition, responsive, over and above, and showed the property multiple times. We met on a Wednesday, she lined up 5 properties to view that Sunday, and I had an accepted offer to purchase by 9pm that night. She is great at reading body language and expression, and knows the market very well. To me here greatest trait was her ability to have a conversation with you about the property instead of selling you the property. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, expertise and professionalism I received from Amanda, she works her tail off behind the scenes to make things happen

Amanda was able to assist me in reviewing listings and finding a number of potential homes. She made setting up viewings a breeze and was always able to accomodate on short notice which was extremely important with how hot the market was. Once we found the home I wanted, Amanda assisted from cradle to grave with the purchase from providing guidance on the offer amount to recommending home inspectors, insurance agencies, and more. She was also patient with my many questions and took the time to answer everything and make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Amanda and her team to anybody looking to buy or sell in the Kelowna/Vernon/Kamloops area.
