What a pleasure it was to work Alma! She was highly recommended by our realtor friend and we quickly came to know why. My husband and i are first time home buyers, and had a small window to find a home in Edmonton, from out of the city. This was not at all an obstacle for Alma and was readily available for us to view as many places. She met with us prepared with tons of notes for each location and kept our personal notes recorded for us to assist with our decision. I loved working with Alma because she was so personable as she was professional. She's very attentive to details, noticing things about each location that many may overlook, to ensure we found we found the right home. She definitely made the house shopping process such a breeze and did not rush us in any way. As a first time home buyer, she made sure this journey was smooth and not stressful, being available to clear concerns whenever they arised and most importantly was an important voice on our behalf through the process of negotiation.
