Ally is fantastic. When I expressed interest in selling my home. Ally came right away to check it out. She is very knowledgeable about the market and how to ensure a fair price on a home. I was most impressed with her ability to get the home listed within days of my decision to sell as I was on vacation. Ally had setup the home and quickly organized a few viewings within the first week. We found buyers within a week and Ally was very instrumental in creating the best circumstances for a sale. After that Ally handled every aspect of moving the process along and even after the sale of the home has shown a willingness to go above and beyond her duties. Ally is professional, efficient and effective, I highly recommend using Ally’s services if you want to buy or sell a home! You won’t regret it :)
