We love working with Allison. She’s fiesty, smart, determined and we are very happy that she was on our side of the deal. She met with us and explained the entire process from looking for a home to finally living in it. Allison “listened” to what we were looking for in our price range and dates and also showed us some other available options. She was very knowledgeable about this area and was very professional in dealing with us and the seller and keeping up communications. She was very patient with us when showing the homes and we never felt rushed or pressured. Once we made the deal she made sure all documents were completed with ease and deadlines were met. Once we obtained the house she kept in touch to help with any questions we had and helped us find utility suppliers. Allison also knew a lot about banking and financing and insurance. We felt like we were in good hands the whole way through. We were very specific about what we wanted and to this day we still love our home and the neighborhood and the community. We still watch the market and other homes that come for sale, but still feel like we got a great home at the right price. We will refer anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell - to you for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about Allison. We had her as our realtor for the sale and purchase of our homes. Her knowledge of the real estate market is a huge bonus to anyone who uses her as their agent. She goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they are protected in their sale/purchase. Any questions you have, if she doesn't have the answer she will find out. I cannot recommend her more!
