I had a fantastic experience working with Alla Sharma as my real estate agent. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. She even drove an hour just to pick up a key so I wouldn’t miss out on a viewing, which really showed how committed she is to her clients. Alla was flexible and accommodating, often arranging showings on the fly, and her deep knowledge of the area helped me feel confident in my decisions. She was patient throughout the process, always taking the time to answer questions, and she successfully negotiated a great deal for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent, and I highly recommend Alla to anyone looking for a rental or property.

This was a rental property that was left in a very undesirable condition accompanied with a notice from the City By-Laws to clean up the yard after the tenants finally vacated. Alla had found a potential buyer before I even got back to Brantford from out-of-province and we had a verbal agreement in-place within a couple days. Within a month of arriving to the city, I had a firm offer and the sale is complete with no surprises - AWESOME!!! I wish I had another property to sell with Alla!
