We were extremely pleased with the service Alina provided in selling our house. From picking the best day and time to take photos and videos of our property to keeping us informed of what was happening with the market she was great. The website presentation of our house was of the best quality. She markets directly to the right target audience, using multiple platforms. Alina was always willing to come and talk to us, discuss both the pros and cons of offers, calming us down when needed, and generally made the sales process easy to take. She is a very professional and competent real estate agent. If we wanted to once again buy or sell in the South Okanagan, we would definitely choose Alina to help us.

Alina was absolutely fantastic to work with. Before we had even signed an agreement to list with her, she had already spent time with the Town planning department to get a good sense of what the Chief Planner was willing to support in terms of development on our property. Her advertisements were clear and compelling (including using drone video to highlight the best aspects of our property). Because of her work we were able to list and sell for full price well above what we had originally thought we would be able to sell for. We received a firm offer within three days of listing with all purchase conditions removed within three weeks. Documents were sent to us and to the buyer's agent within hours.
