<p>I interviewed and researched several agents for our property listing in Osoyoos, BC. Alina was the most professional among her competition by far. From our initial meeting, Alina provided me with her marketing presentation, and efforts, she would put forth should we sign her as our Agent. I was very impressed with her communication skills, energy, professionalism, knowledge of the Osoyoos market, and her overall personal attire and character.</p> <p>We are extremely detailed-focused professionals, whom have been in the Finance Industry for over 20 years. Our expectations are high. We are also Vancouver residences, so this property listing was a geographical challenge for us. We also work extensive hours, and could not focus our energy on assisting with this listing in any great way.</p> <p>We ran into issues with our property, and Alina was there to guide us through it, and get all our outstanding issues resolved, swiftly, and economically. Alina has a great network of tradespeople, and connections in the community which greatly assisted us with getting tasks done. This is exactly what an excellent realtor should have in their knowledge and network.</p> <p>Alina worked extremely hard, and went over and above to assist us. Alina completed the sale of our property, and we could not be more elated to have her on our side. This was a challenging listing for Alina and us. Our property had deficiencies, and the market for our product was deflated. Regardless, Alina continued to market it, and bring buyers for viewings.</p> <p>Thank you Alina for all your hard work. We have kept in contact with her over the years and now she has helped us sell the same condo and again helping us find another property to buy. Alina promptly answers all emails and phone calls.
