Alina Lovin represented us in the sale of a lakeside lot. She quickly pulled together all pertinent documentation and contracted aerial footage to show the property to the best advantage. First and foremost Alina is professional and listens carefully to her clients. Once she understands her clients, she has a unique ability to to adjust her approach to put all parties involved in a transaction at ease. She comes well informed and/or invests the time to gather all the relevant information about a property to be able to inform others with ease and credibility. She knows her market, puts together an excellent promotional package for your property, understands the importance of timing and always responds promptly any day of the week. She exemplifies someone who truly loves what they do. I have dealt with good realtors before but never one as keen and joyful as Alina. I cannot recommend her enough and I have only known her for a week and a half as our property sold with multiple offers over asking in just one week!
