Alex really knows his stuff and Edmonton, and he isn't afraid to tell you if he thinks a place has problems. I gave him the task of finding me the perfect apartment at a reasonable price, and he delivered Alex approaches his work with professionalism, humility, and understanding. Alex worked tirelessly for us when we sold our last house and bought our new one. His skills with the camera and drone added an even higher level of presentation that most agents can only hope to know. It took many months for us to find our next new home but Alex was always there to show us what we were interested in viewing. We recommend Alex to friends without reservation.

Alex walked us through four offers. Poor guy. He caught issues that we wouldn’t have even understand as we were buying a condo for the first time. The difference between buying a house and condo are huge and Alex did a great job in showing us what the differences were. He always returned our calls promptly and always answer any questions we had. He gave very good advice (even if we didn’t always take it hence the reason we made offers on four different places!) He was great at getting us amazing prices for the condos. He was a pleasure to work with and we would use him again in a heartbeat.
