Alex was hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with - and I’ve worked with some good ones. We were handling the sale of our home from long distance and he held our hand through the entire process. He was honest and clear about market realities but leveraged his exceptional vision, staging abilities and presentation skills to help us secure multiple offers and a price that surprised most people in the market. Not only is he responsive, knowledgeable and professional, he’s an all round great person to work with. You can’t go wrong with him as your agent!

I can't recommend strongly enough how amazing Alex Abramov is as a realtor. When my mother passed away and we had to sell the family home, my sister and I were worried about how we would be able to fully support our dad while we lived abroad in the US. Alex was beyond incredible with how much he supported my father throughout this process. Not only did he stage the family home to perfection and market the property to the right client base, but he secured multiple offers AND found my dad the most amazing apartment all within the same week. The whole process was seamless and my father has a great new place he is excited to move into. Alex is incredibly professional, completely trustworthy, hard working and very, very good at what he does. He is also just a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Although our sale was a little rough (right at the start of covid!) Alex helped us through the rough spots and brought us a sale. What I appreciated the most is that while other agents may tell you what you need to do to your home re painting staging etc Alex actually helped in all areas! From arranging painters to helping me physically move furniture into storage etc, he earned his commission from start to finish!
