She is very respectful and gives good advice.<br /> Adele is a good negotiator and got me the price for my house that I wanted and also found me the condo that I was looking for in a new neighbourhood at a very good price.<br /> The reason I picked her in the first place is that she is a big part of the community and I was impressed by her presentation when I first met her, it showed how she was organized and knowledgable and also took extra effort in keeping keeping up with the changing market.</p>
