Whoever lives in Canada for years, attempted to buy or sell a property ; Does know that this experience (decision making) is so challenging and life changing. In order to make right decision, you need to know good enough about mortgage types, rental rules, location deference, variety of financial costs, property investigations, laws, ... . Obviously it is impossible to gather this much information for buyers and sellers. But it is possible to be helped by a knowledgeable, honest, caring, experienced and very professional REALTOR.
